What reloading mechanism for the Lemat ?

Throw it away and pull a new Lemat out!

No reloading at all, you got 9 bullets and a 16 gauge, what else do you want ?

Throw away, it worked for ts, it will work for you! Although, they all are interesting ideas.

Throwing away sounds best. Number of Revolvers you could carry would have to definately be limited, 4 at the very most I would say.

I dunno, i think the coolest would be to just reload it.. having 10 guns on you wouldn't be that 'realistic'. I know Nosferatu isn't about realism, but still... Well, that's just my opinion. :?

Hehe, I quoted myself.
There would just need to be a limit on the number you carry. That would pressure you not to throw away too early and waste ammo, too.

I still think switching the cylinder would be better.

Are there going to be ammo pick ups in the game? If so, I would say that you should only be able to carry two Le Matts, but then be able to pick up fresh ones at a designated spot after you've emptied those. Also, how powerful will the Le Matt be?

no ammo pickups. Lemat damage values still have to be balanced out.

If it's going to be really f*cking powerful, then I'd suggest throwing away for one spare, or no reloading at all.
If it's going to be pansy-wansy, then a new cylinder would be good.

I think you should replace the chamber, it'd be the best, unless the LeMat is suppoed to be a cannon or something, then maybe throw away, and have one spare.

But really, who has more than one LeMat revolver? And who would throw one away?

Well the Lemat is supposed to be a pretty powerfull weapon so there would be a really limited amount of lemats (not more than 4 at the max) if we go for the throwing away solution.

How about a retrofitted LeMat that can take regular cartridges?

Sounds good.

I think throwing away would look coolest, but changing cylinder would be more practical (and semi-realistic like the rest of the game)
