Damn, that looks like a very cool place for a map... *thumbs up for the idea*
A german poem (part) by myself

Ich dacht’ ich war dir nah,
doch warst du niemals wirklich da.
Dacht ich hätte dich verstanden,
doch hat dieses Verstehen nie bestanden. [...]

Someone has to do an abandoned prison. Those places are very unsettling. Plus, it's an excellent place for a vamp to take a victim.
On top of that, it also provides a perfect place to use buttons and switches that activate traps and prison doors. Its like a virtual death trap of fun and carnage. You guys should play The Suferring to get an idea of just how freaky a prison can be.

Lets not forget the gas chamber and electric chair rooms. You could set it up so that the electric chair is malfunctioning and shooting electric bolts all over the place. Ooh electrified prison bars!!! Crispy vampires and crispy slayers on the house. Plus, you could add freaky ghost inmate and C.O. voices/ whispers for ambience. Psychotic inmates whispering obscenities is enough to fluster even the bravest gamer.
