Looking good.. the texture on the roof seems to be tiling though.. Here is a really good (easy to use) tool for creating seamless textures

EDIT : aside from 3D art, I have really gotten into photoshop (I was able to find a student version of CS4 for only $180)

Looking nice there!

About the texture tiling, it depends on the size of the texture, if you take a large texture lets say 1024^2 then it tiles nicely, like maybe it only needs to tile the texture twice for the roof, so if you take a 128^ texture it might need to tile the texture 5 or 6 times to cover the roof surface

We are trying to be in a hard balance of visual eye candy and performance. There are a lot of people who play the game with old hardware, so we try to cater to those people as well as to the people who have modern rigs.

@.neo.styles thanks for the tip/tool! Nice progress on your end too.

You can find lots of mappers in tremulous forums. But only a few of them are good.

Not really a -digital- creation per se, but still artistic.

A song I've been working on in the past week. The recording quality is horrid and the timing is off here and there, but still thought I'd share. So far it's just the intro and first verse. More to come when I finish it and get someone to sing.

You don't have to download it. Runs fine in IE for me.
