Surprise ! We aren't dead, as most of you have already guessed, Nosferatu 40000 was just an april fools joke. After the easter break we are back for good with new media. First of all 2 new renders starting of with the skinned Hammer and Stake Model by Insulaner, following the alternate M31 skins by Pete.

Also included in this update is a short video showing off our light adaption bloom system (blabla..), which means that it is simulating the light adaption of your eyes, by making everything brighter (by blooming it) when coming out of the darkness and slowly reducing it back to normal. The video is a quick work in progress clip of the effect and has been slightly exaggerated to better show off the effect, aside from that I hate doing videos so dont blame me :P

As always, great update. Will the shottie be random between the synthetic and wood stock?

I'd prefer if you could choose (or perhaps have an otion to switch between choosing and random?) and though i can't watch the video i love the idea of it, makes the game more realistic

great!! the map looks real nice i want to play the game now!!!!
its gone be the best game ever!
and the weapons wow they are looking damn good!

Yeah alternate weapon skins will be selectable once you unlocked them.

the video is quite cool, the adaption is ever so slight, but still noticable. what I would really liketo see though, is coming out of a bright, well lit building to an almost pitch-black back alley. :wink:

also, I just finished listenning to that song, it's great! Parapraxis did a very nice job on it! :wink:

Yeah, so make it "reverse" light adaption bloom system.. So it all appears pitch black and slowly appears more visible.. :D

Those models are awesome.
Soundtrack is genius as always, has a very creepy feeling to it.
The light adaption effect is an awesome idea, and as some said, making a reverse thing of it would rock even more.

Slow down bro, its costs quite a bit performance so people who can't enable or want to disable the bloom should have an advantage over the ones who use it. Thus we will try to make it visually appealing without giving a gameplay advantage.

"old" skin? It's an alternative, it's not going to replace Insulaner's (equally good) skin.
